Cancellation & Return
At Websaye.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Order Cancellationa. Before Shipment
· Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped.
· To request cancellation , raise a ticket to inform the supplier or you can contact us at support@websaye.com with your order ID.
b. After Shipment
· Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- You may still be eligible for a return or exchange if raised request within 7 days of product received. In the event of an exchange request, the product will be delivered within 3-5 business days after the returned item is received.
2. Refundsa. For Cancelled Orders
· If cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
b. For Returned Products
· Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
· If approved, the refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.
Note: Refund time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following:
· Personalized or custom-made products
· Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
· Used, damaged, or altered products
4. Payment Gateway Charges
· Payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund in case of cancellation by the customer after payment but before shipping.
· In case of an error or cancellation from our side, full refund including charges will be provided.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank—there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
