1. What is Websaye.com?
Websaye.com is a multi-vendor online marketplace where different shops and service providers can list their products and services. Customers can browse, compare, and purchase items from multiple vendors in one place.
2. How do I create a USER account?
Click on the Sign Up button at the top right corner, enter your details, and verify your email/phone number. Once registered, you can start shopping or apply to become a work from home partner.
3. How do I place an order?
Browse products or services.
Add items to your cart.
Go to checkout and confirm your shipping/payment details.
You have the option to insure the purchase and select delivery partner for delivery.
You can also schedule the date and time of delivery based on your availability and comfort.
You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
4. Can I buy from multiple vendors in one order?
Yes. You can add items from different vendors to your cart. Each vendor will process and ship their items separately, so you may receive multiple packages.
Buying from a single vendor will ensure delivery from the vendor to your address directly.
5. How can I track my order?
Login to your account → Go to My Orders → Click on the order ID to view the status and tracking details.
6. How do refunds and returns work?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return/refund within the vendor’s policy period. Go to My Orders, select the product, and click Request Return/Refund. Each Vendor provides their terms and conditions and before placing an order, it is important to read the vendor’s terms and conditions.
7. How do vendors get paid?
Payments are securely collected by Websaye.com. After successful delivery and buyer confirmation, vendor earnings are transferred to their registered bank account.
8. How can I become a vendor?
Click on Virtual Seller Account on Websaye home page, right bottom button and complete the vendor registration form. Once approved, you can set up your shop, add products, and start selling.

- Legal requirements: When registering to work with companies as a vendor, you'll need to provide your legal business name and associated tax information, such as a GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number).
- Uniqueness: The name should be unique to stand out and avoid confusion with competitors.
- Pronunciation and spelling: It should be easy for customers to pronounce, spell, and remember.
- Scalability: Avoid names that are so specific that they limit your ability to expand into new products or services later on.
- Meaning: The name should have meaning that aligns with your business values and story.
- 9. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI, and other secure online payment methods. (COD availability depends on vendor policy and delivery partner’s terms applicable to your location.)
