5. Shipping Partners

A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email to track your package online.

7. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unavailability of recipient
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

We will attempt to contact you. You may be required to pay additional shipping fees to re-dispatch the order.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package or if your package is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package or estimated delivery time.
  • Share order number, photos (if applicable), and tracking ID.
  • We will investigate and take appropriate action (replacement or refund).
